Coronavirus Relief?

I have been greatly effected by the Coronavirus but my services were still disconnected even though we were told there would be no disconnections during this time.??? I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do all of my money went towards major necessities due to having to quarantine.

    Cox has announced support for the FCC’s Keep America Connected initiative as a part of the ongoing COVID-19 response efforts. For the next 60 days, we will work with customers that indicate they are having financial hardships due to COVID-19. Our customer care team can be reached at 1-866-867-7644. Hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Thanks
