Continued issues!!!

Why am I having to restart my panoramic Wifi every 2-3 weeks!!! Also, why has my internet become so incredibly slow. I’ve called several times because there is no reason unless someone has tapped into my wifi. I need a *** technician! 
It is like Cox either doesn’t want to help or can’t help with this issue.

    re-boots, reset of modem can resolve  problems. are you aware the dvr re-boots every night?

    check my wi-fi for devices...see if you recognize what's listed.
