oh and also whenever the internet is acting up, tv acts up as well. not as bad as it was but still very annoying.

also I just went out and removed all the extra connections in my cable box. removed 2 lengths of about 8 inches of cable, and 2 female to female connectors.
black is cox, white is me. so now it goes from there to a Cox supplied splitter then the cable modem and TV.
new signal levels.

Did the tech install the Antronix filter? Looks like a MoCA filter. Are you using MoCA?
All those R02.0 codes in your log are your modem restarting new registration processes after 16 attempts. They appear to occur as you chronicled above.
There is too much noise on your upstream and causing these T3 timeouts. I'm curious if this filter is protecting you or your neighbors.

the filter was on the line before the tech came out, I do not know what Moca is. so no I m not using whatever it is. It says do not remove.
the only thing he changed in the box was changing out a 3 way splitter which I later removed because it is not needed.
