Constant outages

Cox came out and dug up our street to move their cabling off the telephone poles to underground. We have had nothing but problems since. Our internet goes out every afternoon between 1 and 3. It’s intermittent for a while and then cones back after an hour or so of not working.

This is horrible service and Cox should do better.

I am about ready to drop them and go with T-Mobile.

    T Mobile is probably your best bet, we're having the same issue and no matter how many times techs come out or how many modems you try, or how many times you call customer support, it's not going to be resolved.
