Today it’s gone down twice, will total about 7-8hrs by the time they fix it, it they meet their “estimated repair time”. Same unexpected event happened yesterday for hours and this past Monday it went down again “unexpectedly”. This same pattern has happened over the last few months. At this point you should know what’s causing the issue and if they don’t, don’t call it unexpected - simply tell your customers that you have terrible service. Unfortunately there are no other options in this area. An “I’m sorry I know how frustrating this can be” response is honestly just annoying at this point. It’s unacceptable that Cox is unable provide consistent service -
