Constant internet interruptions
For the last 4 weeks, I’ve had regular disconnects from the internet. WiFi works, as I can communicate between devices during outages.
After a few days of this, I tried getting support. I was told there’s an issue in my neighborhood. Ever since then, this cycle repeats:
Cox texts me to tell me there’s an issue in my neighborhood, and that they’re working on it.
Between 1 to 7 days later, Cox texts me to say the issue is fixed.
Within hours, sometimes minutes, the problem pops up again.
Within an hour or so, the cycle repeats.
This is costing me money, AND I’m being charged for it. 4 weeks of this.
Area code for service is 85209. Any idea what is going on? Or do I need to start shopping for another provider?
