Constant internet down, Unacceptable!

I’ve lost four days of work in the last two weeks today has been spotty on and off. Customer service just tells me that they’re doing their best but still no resolution. It’s a **bleep** shame for a large company to not be able to provide consistent service in the service for some people like me it’s all that’s available, it’s expensive and unreliable

    The OP is right. It's a shame. I am sure the mods are turning off replys and deleting posts. This forum is for customer-to-customer support for deal with Cox's lack of service.

      The forums are for customers to ask service related questions that can be answered and discussed with other customers, however, for things that our customers cannot help each other resolve we will ask you to reach out to us via email or through our Facebook or Twitter accts, so that we can privately obtain details and quickly address your concerns.
