Connecting WD My Cloud 6TB to Panoramic ethernet port

New forum member: I connected a WD My Cloud 6TB to the Panoramic Ethernet. COX notified me via iPhone message that a Western Digital My Cloud has been added. Very Good!  How the heck do I get to that drive from my Windows 10 laptop though? It doesn't show up in File Explorer. Any help much appreciated. Happy New Year to all.
