Hi Man Z,
You can put the Panoramic modem in bridge mode. That will turn off the wireless router side of the modem router and you will be able to use your own router. You will be able to do this by looking up the instructions on the Internet. This is an advanced modem setting and outside the scope of support for most of the technical agents and our department as well. We do have a subscription-based service that is knowledgeable in this area and many others. The service is called Cox Complete Care and is $10 a month with a 3-month required subscription. I have included the link for you to research. This is just a suggestion, not a sales pitch.
