Configure Cox Email to Show More Than One Account

Is there a way that the Cox email can be configured to show all Cox email accounts in one account window without having to sign out of one Cox account and login into other Cox email account? Cox allows up to ten accounts.  It would be nice if you didn't have to go through the process of sign-in/sign-out.  This ability is available in many email client programs.

    Hi TiredDog,

    You can add external accounts when signing into myemail.cox.net with your primary Cox username and password. While your inbox is selected, click the link 'link external account' located at the bottom left below 'My Folders'. Once a box opens up, you can then enter the child email account and password you wish to have linked.

    Once it loads, you will be able to access your Cox.net child email account from here.

    Dustin, I called and asked a Customer Service Rep about using the "Link External Account" option.  They told me this was for linking email to a mobile device or linking email from an account other than Cox only. They said another Cox email account could not be added by this method.
