Come on now…
4 days with on going or spuratic outages. I expect the outage every so often but not this many days in a row. I think you Chandler AZ customers deserve more info than a text telling us the obvious “we noticed your service blah, blah”!

Dawnie, take comfort in the fact that Chandler AZ is but one city in a brotherhood of MANY that deserves way more than they're getting. Duson LA here, a quarantined cox zone of internet half services just outside the city of Lafayette LA. We share your pain!
