What does your liaison for Cox Business advise you to do? Don't they offer you B2B support line?

I'd recommend that you review your Terms of Service which you agreed when you signed up with your salesperson.

I signed up online. No sales person. At this point, I'm about to say forget it and go back to Windstream. On their equipment, I can at least view the physically connected devices. This Panaramic Wifi App crap doesn't show any wired connections even though I can ssh into them by IP address. š
