Cisco VoIP Phone Does Not Connect via Cox Internet

I have a Cisco 7945 VoIP phone (from my company) which normally connects to my company's network via the Internet. This phone works just fine via other ISP networks and even via a Verizon MiFi 4G hotspot. It does not however work via my Cox Internet service at my home.
My company's IT team (of which I am a member) and I have done various troubleshooting. We are unable to even see the phone hit our company network. Thus we believe that Cox is possibly blocking one or more ports which would enable the phone to pass through their network and connect. We specifically believe the port in question to be UDP 443.
I called Cox support and presented the problem, but was basically dismissed. After talking to three people (two of whom were the wrong dept), the last person basically said there is nothing they can do, Cox does not block ports, nor is there anyone else or other dept who can assist with any sort of testing or diagnostics.
So.. I am posting here to see if anyone has any insight or prior experience with this sort of problem.
