Concerning the off again, on again outages during Christmas week, what caused the outages? Why is Cox using a generator at the POP location in Heller Park addition on S. Quincy?

It looks like we have been working on intermittent noise issues in the area. A generator would typically be deployed if our equipment is having power issues from the power company.
