Charged for an event I didn't Receive
I tried to order the PPV event Canelo vs Golovkin on 09/15/2018. I got a message on screen with a number to call. Upon calling I was told I had to pay a previous balance before ordering so I declined to order. I received the charge for the event on my bill. This is the second time this has happened. I have spoken to several reps and the charge has still not been taken off. I was told that a supervisor would contact me regarding this and this was 2 weeks ago. My bill is now past due and I don't plan on paying it until the issue has been resolved. I have been with Cox for over 20 years and have ordered many PPV events. I have no problem paying for this if I actually received it. Can someone direct this to anyone that can help me put with this matter?
