Channel Listings

I always get the following - and I am logged in - from home!

And the zip code displays is always wrong.

  • Hi Frustrated, do you have your internet browser set to delete cookies when you exit the browser? This would explain why the zip code displayed is incorrect. Change your browser settings so that cookies are only deleted manually. Also, make sure your browser settings allow third-party cookies. Many parts of the Cox website require that third-party cookies be enabled in order for the site to function correctly. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
