Can't retrieve email
So I'm getting a "The RETR command did not succeed" message in thunderbird. I log into webmail and there's one friggin message, spam from GNC. No matter what I try I cannot delete this message on web...

I've cleared cookies/cache and there's no change. When I try to move it to the trash it gives me this message.
"This message could not be moved to trash folder, possibly because your mailbox is nearly full.
In that case, please try to empty your deleted items first, or delete smaller messages first."
Even though my inbox and trash are both empty, except the gnc email that's causing the problem.
