I don't have a mac, but you could google how to disable TLS 1.0 on the mac.

delete the account, re-create with auto setup.

Bearone2, Could you be a little more specific on how to do this? That is, steps to delete, and steps to autosetup. I'm not a computer whiz.

i'm not a mac person but within oulook on my pc, file/account settings/highlight account/remove.
file/account settings/new, let it setup automatically after you enter login + password.
