I am having the same issue. I have tried calling the “special cox customer” you referenced. The first time I was on hold for 1 hour and 2 minutes and then was hung up on. I have now been on hold for 58 minutes and am still waiting.
i received the transition email this morning and was quickly able to set up the yahoo account. I am receiving emails and all of my emails have transferred over but I cannot send emails on my iPhone or my iPad. I have tried all of the suggested processes and nothing is working. I am going out of town soon and need access to send and receive emails.
please help! This is ridiculous!!!
