Wow, how (without logging onto my webmail) do I send an email with my information?  That is very dumb on your part as a technician.  I tried the route of the online chat, and that was horrible experience.

What is awful and stupid, my husband isn't having the same issue.  I have mirrored his settings on my computer and my cell phone with errors for the outgoing email.

I think I pay enough to Cox for my internet service, so where is the service?
