I cannot send or receive in Outlook, neither can my husband. For more than 2 months now, every, single, time you try and check email, the credentials need to be updated. I have had it with Cox email and if I had not had the same email address for 20 years I would dump it like a hot rock. And now Cox has decided since they screwed up royally 3 years ago with me on a simple move my services, that I need a new email address and have to link the one I have had 20 years to that in their new email interface which tells me I have no email on the new address they forced upon me and no mail in the email inbox for the address I have had for more than 20 years. Yet if I log out of my Cox account and then go to Cox webmail and put in the email address I have had for more than 20 years and then change the password every time because they say its wrong, then I see over 4000 mails, 95% of which are returned mail notifications from mail sent to Russia which was not sent by me. I have reported the returned mail notifications to Cox more than 50 times and its getting worse.
Cox needs to delete all the returned mail notifications from my mailbox so I can see the mail I need to see and they need to do something about the Outlook issues and the obviously compromised email. And since Cox email is the only thing of mine or my husband's that is compromised, its their issue, not us being negligent and allowing our passwords to be discovered.
