Cannot connect using Outlook 365 on Windows 10

FYI - I saw a post about SSL/TLS maybe not working on older clients. I tried running Incoming and Outgoing with no encryption set but it did not make any difference.

I fixed it! Somehow the password had been changed. Not sure how. When I tried a newer password that I have been using in other apps it worked. My bad!
