Cannot connect using Outlook 365 on Windows 10

    I fixed it! Somehow the password had been changed. Not sure how. When I tried a newer password that I have been using in other apps it worked. My bad!

@Tigerll, Are you able to access your email through our website at cox.net? Also, please power cycle the device that you are trying to access your email with. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

    Yes, I can access my email through the website and also from my Galaxy phone (using Outlook). I have restarted my PC several times with no change in the Outlook behavior.

        It was a typo. The setting in my Email is 993.
