Your TV doesn't care what ISP you have as long as it works. Is the TV connecting to the Frontier router? What do you mean you are changing the input? You should only have to do that to watch Contour. What happens when you try to watch something on your TV using the native apps? Do you get a error? Last, what does the TV network troubleshooter tell you? What model TV for specifics.
