can not locate the reactivate button on my primary used email account to reactive emails

I have a couple of email accounts that have been deactivated  and i am trying to reactive them that the reactive option / button is not where to be found,  Help!

    What do you mean by "deactivated" and who deactivated the accounts?  I've never heard of a Reactive option.

    Can you log into your Cox account?  Is there an email address under the Account header?  It should have an Edit option beside it.
