Hello, beginning March 16th, data overage charges incurred on or after March 16th will not be billed. This will be in effect through May 15th and is a part of our ongoing effort to keep our customers connected during the COVID-19 work and school closures. Customers who have the add-on plans of 500 GB or Unlimited will be automatically credited over the next two bill cycles.

How is the partial billing cycle handled. Over by May 15 and free. But after that as already over shut internet off as overage charges. Or reset usage to zero on may 15? Billing cycle ends on the 9th or so for us. So should I return to normal cap usage on 9th to prevent overages next billing cycle if use he k.ouf if if between 9th and 15th.
