Cable Modem Errors

I am getting errors in my Netgear CM1000.  In addition to the errors, some days I have to reboot my modem to get the internet back up and running.  These errors always seem to coordinate with the outages.  Any ideas?

There are other Notices in the event log, but these are the repeating errors.  To get the service started, I had a COX person to my house to hook-up my cables in the attic and in the house and they recently run a new cable from the road to the house.  Any thoughts?

  • I have removed your MAC address for security purposes. It looks like we have an open ticket in your area in which our technicians are tracking some intermittent ingress/noise issues at this time.

      They must have more work going on.  I'm not seeing T2 errors.  Some T3 errors, but no T4 errors.
