Cable left Unburied

What does it take to get my cable buried?  Received service Feb 9th or 10th and my cable is still not buried.  I contacted Cox a couple of times with no dogs coming to stay for a couple of days that I'm worried will chew up the cable???

Any help is appreciated!

    Hi okron, we welcome you to the Cox family, and we deeply apologize for the delay. Based on the on-site assessment, some drop buries may require a permit. State and town permit codes vary and may cause a delay in the completion of the drop bury. In some occasions. In addition, inclement weather such as rain or ice can cause a delay in completion. 

    There is an active work order pending, to have a team go out to the home and bury this cable for you. Our records indicate the team was to go out on 03/28, however, the ground was too wet. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
