Block option STILL not working on emails...

For some reason when I select a email and choose the block option, those same emails still get through. So I have to go through and delete them all as if they are not even being blocked at all. There is a two year old post on this, its now 2021, and this is still an issue.

Can we please get a WORKING block option for our email client? Its a very basic yet important feature, it should not be a 2 year long issue....

  • Are you referring to the block option inside of webmail? This will only block a specific email address. Nowadays spammers will send the same email from totally different email addresses, make sure that the address that you are blocking is not a different one than the last one.

      Thanks for the reply, I will double check and be sure they are not the same exact emails.

      Im just using the default Cox email.
