Arlo Doorbell setup requires 2.4 GHz

Got a new modem/router from Cox yesterday that automatically chooses the optimal band width and everything works great except the doorbell.   I am trying to re-setup our video doorbell. How can I "force" it to find the 2.4 GHz bandwidth so that I can get it setup again?

        Since you are only having an issue with the Arlo doorbell connecting to the internet you can try this link https://bit.ly/3LooNcX. If that doesn't help you may need to contact their support.
