Are you going to update us on outage?
This is beyond ridiculous. Not that you give a ** but could you tell us at least what's going on? Been a customer for more than 15 years so I've been through a decent amount of these instances and never once do you explain to us what's happening. I believe once I get the chance I'm switching providers. You dont seem to understand that it's not so much the outage, it's the lack of info and communication. You guys are going the way of Blockbuster. Once people have a chance, they will abandon you, as they should.
