Anyone else having their Cox Internet go out briefly repeatedly at zip code 89144?

Our Cox Internet has had brief periods of going on ever since we got it when moving to Las Vegas two years ago, but the issue has been happening more and more often in the past week.   Earlier in the week is when there was some sort of big Internet outage issue in our area, and ever since it has been briefly going out and then spontaneously "curing itself" several times per day, sometimes in the middle of the day and often later in the evening.  The last time was five minutes ago at 5:40 pm.  I'm usually sitting at my desktop when it happens, which is maybe six steps away from the Cox modem.  It's extremely annoying when in the middle of something important, and especially when paying extra for a higher quality Internet speed.  Somehow I doubt I'm the only one experiencing the issue.
