Anyone else being scammed by cox over returned Equipment charges and is interested in a class action lawsuit please respond to this and let me know.

Class action over fraudulent returned equipment charges? Anyone else have this problem? Class action lawsuit?

    Take your copy of the receipt to the solution store and the charge will be removed. Unless you want to simply hold on to it, and kvetch about a lawsuit...

      Did that. I have months of bills and receipts and keep getting the same run around.

        the receipt showing the return of the equipment.
