Amazon Emails Not Received

I stopped receiving emails from Amazon two days ago. Finally changed my email address on Amazon to go to my Yahoo email address then I started receiving their emails. This sounds like a problem on the Cox side. The Amazon tech support informed me that six Cox users have also requested him to change the email address on their profile.
