Amazon email
I'm not able to get any email from Amazon.com. Also, I don't appear to be able to get any emails with the word Amazon in the subject line.

Hi Haary, open an internet browser and go to www.cox.com. Sign in using your Cox User ID (everything before the @ sign in your cox.net email address) and then click on the envelope icon to access your email. Click on your Spam folder. Are there any emails from Amazon in the Spam folder? If so, open the email and choose "not spam." Also, check your blocked senders list and your rules (filters) to ensure you aren't deleting or forwarding Amazon emails. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
