Accessing Cox Email

WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON WITH COX! I pay exorbitant amounts of money to COX and cannot access my email in a reasonable amount of time!  The congestion bandwidth in my area Falls Church, VA) puts accessing cox email at snail pace.  It hangs about 4 minutes before you even get a login in window!  FIX IT COX..........

    Hi Roxierocktech, thank you for reaching out to us about our email servers. When you access your Cox webmail, are you doing so on myemail.cox.net, or are you using a client-server such as Outlook, Apple, Thunderbird, etc.? If you're using the website, do you experience slow speeds on other devices? Do you also experience slow speeds on other websites? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
