Has anyone received and information that COX is going to fix this issue?
Seems like an easy server parameter fix to me. Or is it a more serious Management issue?
If a Management issue; please tell them I am a bundled user who spends about $2,600 a year with COX and I am upset. (I was going to say pi___d off.)
