2gb email

I deleted hundreds of emails yesterday and it STILL says I'm at 1.96gb?  I keep getting emails I'm at capacity so I deleted some emails but yet I'm still at 1.96? ? ?  How in the WORLD do I get it down?

    Don't forget to empty your trash folder, just deleting them does not remove them from the mail server on a mail application (webmail will, but not immediately).

    how did you delete them?  webmail or outlook/ third party app?

    you need to delete the ones with the pics, they add up.
