Hi Ez12a, we are truly sorry to learn that you're experiencing slow upload speeds, and we'd like to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. When performing these speed tests, are you on a hardwired connection or wireless connection? We would recommend you run speed tests on a hardwired connection.
