‪@CoxHelp apparently cox tech support does not care their own employees are lying to customer about the panoramic WiFi modem are usable if you buy them from the internet. Then they go ahead and tell you that the equipment can’t be activated only rented aft

@CoxHelp apparently cox tech support does not care their own employees are lying to customer about the panoramic WiFi modem are usable if you buy them from the internet. Then they go ahead and tell you that the equipment can’t be activated only rented after you got the ok for it.

    Hi Jamycanela, thank you for your genuine feedback, and it is disheartening to learn about the unpleasant experience you had with our company. I'd like to have this incident investigated further; can you please include a link to this forum post and email us at cox.help@cox.com? At this time, the Panoramic WiFi itself is not available for purchase and can only be rented through Cox Communications. We deeply apologize if there was a miscommunication. -Kevin M.
