Another frustrating hour on the phone with level 1 tech support, level 2 tech support, and app support... They are telling me the same thing, "will submit a ticket to level 3 support" and it has a 72 hour turn around time!!! Have a new ticket number (6286243). The local servers are obviously using the Spanish language feed from ESPN3. BUT HOW DO I GET SOMEONE TO LISTEN???? Isn't there a local contact for cox support? There must be someone in engineering that can fix this!!!!!
