Someone please help!!
Can someone please explain why is my net come on then off? I reboot my modem and router? It's a brand new one. Do I need new wires bc I'm using my old wires from my old router. It's getting very annoying. Even went to the store and they reboot my modem/router. Even called too and they reboot it to.

What model modem and router? Do the lights change on the modem or router when the problem happens? How does the coax get from the street/pole to the room the modem is in? Any splitters/filters/amps?

What modem? What router? Do you have a a computer connected with ethernet or is everything WiFi? Is your router in the open, not behind things, or under anything?

Is the printer wireless? if so, move the wifi modem. Wireless devices shouldn't be within 5-6 feet of each other. It's like my talking to you, with a bullhorn in your ear.
Also, what does the lights on the Arris modem do when you drop Internet?
