Xbox One Gaming
Im on a wired connection and play grand theft auto online but im concered are the gaming ports for these blocked? because every time i want to play a session it kicks me out the only way i can play is a solo session

None of the ports used are blocked at the service level. As far as the router goes you should be able to enable UPnP on both the Xbox and router to get an optimal NAT type.

We are having the same issue as well. In reviewing the resources available online it appears that there is a problem with the private IP address vs. public IP address. From what I am reading Cox offers a private IP address to us and to properly connect the NAT settings to Open it needs to be a public IP address.

try looking at your DMZ on your router and setting your xbox IP to it.
