I think they do, but only for retail. So they don't cover any of the support and the warranty is handled by the manufacture. Your better off buying one online or in a store so you have better selection.
If you mean wireless devices instead of specifically routers, then they do rent wireless gateways. Gateways are routers and modems combined. I don't normally suggest them, since they are meant to be cheap and easy to use and lack performance of most stand alone routers. See here for more info.
We do still all in one wireless modem/routers. If you're wanting specifically a router only I would suggest checking with some of the sellers of electronics in your area.
