DO NOT TRUST COX

Cox is the worst maintained WiFi company I’ve ever dealt with, my WiFi router has been out for 4 days straight. I’ve made appointments for a technician to come out to swap my modems and I have a 2 story house mind you, they don’t knock only ring the door bell which doesn’t sound upstairs so I don’t know when they arrive. When it gets close to the time they are supposed to arrive they DON’T CALL like they tell you they will at their arrival, the appointment vanishes on the app so you don’t see what time they will actually arrive for your appointment. I do not plan to ever go back to cox internet, you guys are a freaking nightmare and the worst WiFi business ever!!!!!!
