How can your customer service get worse than cox
I'm am totally disappointed in spectrum. You are as about as good as when it was cox and their customer service was horrendous. The second night in a row in Omaha at about the same exact time internet goes down which in turn causes my wireless cable boxes to not work. You have disabled chat and I cannot get through on the phone. Nothing but lies about how much better spectrum is than cox. At this point I would take cox back.
