Hello, I have been having ongoing webmail problems for some time now, and my previous attempts for telephone support have been in vein.
So I am hoping to get some help here.
The problem I'm having right now is that when I logon to webmail, I have no Inbox, or messages, etc.
This is a link to a screenshot of my desktop:

I have done the usual clean browser cache, etc.
Can someone help me out?
Thank you.

First, can you log into enhanced webmail? If so, but not classic webmail, then there is something wrong with Java on your machine.
Those font look familiar. Linux distro?

Thanks for the reply, Health.
As things have been progressing so far this AM, my webmail has been bouncing between good and evil. And ATM appears good.
Thanks for the tip on trying enhanced. I'll give that a go next time this happens.

You've a sharp eye, lad. Using verdana from mscorefonts, Debian 7.8. ;)

I have a similar problem. When I login to my account it seems to work, but when I click on the email link it asks for my login again and I get stuck in an infinite loop. Also email sent to me is bouncing with error message "invalid recipient". When I try again an hour later, I can often get into my email via the web, but that doesn't help me get the email that got bounced. Cox has not found any solution in over a month of trying to get them to help.
