hiding cable
I've had good success in the past with this. Now I have to go about five feet this time it a marble floor. The existing cable goes all way around the room even over the hearth,unacceptable. The run is only 5' I was thinking one of those wiremold tracks and a Persian rug but the wife doesn't like the bump idea. Is it not to high, anyone have a great alternate?

Flat Coax Cable, I can't find any lengths longer than 12" though

I've never even heard of it . 12 is plenty. I guess I'm off to Amazon or is that a COX thing?

12 Inches, not feet, but you might find something longer
