100% packet loss
First off, I'm not even sure what this means. It doesn't sound good and my xbox one says I have a problem. I ran their test and it is showing 80% loss. I just did one on my PC and got 100%. Seems weird as I usually have good connections and download speeds. Both my PC and Xbox one are hard wired and in the same room (room with the modem and router).
I have been having trouble from time to time getting into games, but it has been working for the most part.
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Strange. If I use cmd and ping - t www.cox.net and let it run. It says 0% loss. Why am I getting such different results?

A server rejecting ping requests will show a 100% loss. It does, however, pass along the information up the line so that would not be a concern. If you could post a screenshot of the results page we can see exactly where the loss is occurring and if it is a problem.

Thanks. That makes some sense, but it was on one of those online tests so it is weird it would show 100% unless the ping site was down or something. I did get the xbox one to show 0% packet loss. It turns out that xbox live had some issues last night, so that might have been the issue. Never felt I had a issue until I ran the test. I'll keep an eye on it and come back if I notice anything odd over the weekend and do as advised. I want to make sure I'm in good shape for when Star Wars Battlefront comes out in a couple of months :)
