I'm currently paying $50 per month for 100 up/down Fiber and $50 month for unlimited data (cox), I keep hearing Spectrum has no data caps.
I want to change to one of the Spectrum Plans (500 Mbps @ $60/month, 1Gbps @ $70/month or 2Gbs @ $90/month), which lowers my monthly rate. But, all of them show a "Included data" of 1.25 TB/month.
Is Spectrum throttling after this 1.25 TB/month and/or charging for overages?

Hello sjtsnix, 1.25 TB/month is the same amount of data provided by your current service plan before the addition of unlimited data. For account-specific support, please reach out for assistance at https://www.facebook.com/spectrum or DM us on X @Ask_Spectrum https://x.com/Ask_Spectrum. Thank you.
